⏰ Sleep/Wake Feature: We are aware of an issue where the sleep/wake time is not working consistently. A firmware update will be available shortly that should solve this issue!

Recently Resolved Issues 🛠️

🔁 FamilyAlbum Syncing: FamilyAlbum identified and fixed the error on their end and all FamilyAlbum albums should be syncing again. If you are still having issues, please try the steps below and contact us if you are still having trouble!

Here's a couple of steps to try if your album(s) haven't started syncing again automatically:

1. In the app, click Albums.

2. Tap the FamilyAlbum that you want to sync.

3. Click the blue button in the lower right corner (it has two arrows in a circle). This should force a sync.

If that doesn't work, try deleting the album instead (steps 1-2 above, then scroll down to "Delete Album). Then click "+New" to add a new album and sync with FamilyAlbum again.

⭐ Please remember that FamilyAlbum is only set up to sync with favorited photos (photos that have been starred in FamilyAlbum). You can always force a sync once you add some more or they should be auto-synced after 12 hours.

📲 Share Sheet Not Working (iOS): Version 3.9.3 has been updated in the Apple App Store and fixes the photo share sheet function. Once the new update is downloaded, you are able to select photos directly from your photo library to share to Loop.
