We are currently investigating issues where users are getting the error message "It looks like we're having some technical issues. Check back later." on the phone and/or in the app. 

If this is happening to you, please do NOT factory reset your frame. Email us at [email protected] and let us know in as much detail as you can: when the issue started (phone or frame), what you have tried, and what your Loop email address is and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
