Video Uploads Update — 12/23/2025 ✅

Thanks so much for your patience! Video uploads have been turned back on and should now be working smoothly again.

Your Loop frame should automatically download the newest firmware when connected to Wi-Fi. Once installed, the frame may take a few minutes to finish updating and restart—this is completely normal.

If you’re having trouble uploading videos, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check your firmware version
On your Loop frame, tap Settings → About and confirm that the firmware version shows 215.02.

2️⃣ If it does NOT say 215.02:

• Tap Close to exit the About screen
• Select Software Update to download the latest firmware

3️⃣ If it DOES say 215.02 and you’re still having issues:

• Power down the frame by holding the power button until you see “Loop is shutting down”
• Wait 2–3 minutes
• Turn the frame back on and recheck the firmware version
