Video Uploads Update â 12/23/2025 â
Thanks so much for your patience! Video uploads have been turned back on and should now be working smoothly again.
Your Loop frame should automatically download the newest firmware when connected to Wi-Fi. Once installed, the frame may take a few minutes to finish updating and restartâthis is completely normal.
If youâre having trouble uploading videos, please follow these steps:
1ď¸âŁ Check your firmware version
On your Loop frame, tap Settings â About and confirm that the firmware version shows 215.02.
2ď¸âŁ If it does NOT say 215.02:
- Tap Close to exit the About screen
- Select Software Update to download the latest firmware
3ď¸âŁ If it DOES say 215.02 and youâre still having issues:
- Power down the frame by holding the power button until you see âLoop is shutting downâ
- Wait 2â3 minutes
- Turn the frame back on and recheck the firmware version
