🎥 How to Add Videos to Existing Albums

From the Loop app, you can easily add videos to your albums that will play alongside the photos in your albums. Here's how:

1. Tap the blue plus sign in the lower right corner (you should see this on the home screen).
2. Select one or multiple videos, then click the blue "Add ___ Videos" button at the bottom.
3. Choose the album you would like to share the videos to.
4. Tap the "Share" button in the upper right corner.
5. Your videos should appear on your Loop shortly. Please leave the app open while uploading to ensure your videos make it to your Loop!

Sharing Videos Across Multiple Frames

One of the best features of Loop is the ability to share content across multiple frames! With Loop, you can easily share albums with multiple people or send videos to multiple albums at the same time. This flexibility lets you share memories with many loved ones with just a few taps.

❌ How to Delete Videos

On the App:

1. Locate the video you want to delete (either via the Home or Album menus) and tap it.
2. Tap the "Delete" button in the lower left corner.

On the Frame:

1. Tap the video you want to delete.
2. Tap "Delete" from the upper right corner.

Notes About Deleting Videos

• Deleting Your Own Videos: If you delete a video you uploaded, it will be removed for everyone who has access to that video.
• Deleting Videos Uploaded by Others: Deleting a video that someone else uploaded will only hide it for you—it will still be visible to other users.

Special Notes About Videos

📂 File Size Limitations: Due to file size, multiple videos may sometimes need to be uploaded separately from photos. Otherwise, they can be loaded into the app just like photos and at the same time. We are proud to offer video uploads up to 5 minutes in length, but keep in mind these will take longer to load and take up more space on your Loop.

🔊 Volume Control: To turn off auto volume for videos, tap the frame’s screen, go to Settings, and drag the volume bar down to your desired level (or off).

⭐ FamilyAlbum Favorites: Videos marked as favorites in FamilyAlbum do not sync with Loop. You can download them from FamilyAlbum and upload to your frame if you'd like!

📱 Text Message Feature: Videos are not currently supported for upload via Loop’s text message feature.
