🔐 Forgot your password or need to change your email?
No worries—happens to the best of us. Here’s what to do:
👉 To reset your password:
Open the Loop app on your phone.
Tap Menu > Account > Sign out of Loop.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password”.
Enter your email and check your inbox for a reset link.
🔁 Didn’t get the email? Double-check your spam folder or give it a few minutes.
✏️ To change the email on your account:
You can update your email directly in the app:
In the Loop app, tap Menu > Account
Tap the pencil icon ✏️ next to your current email
Enter your new email (double check spelling!)
Tap Done
That’s it! 🎉 Your email should update right away.
