I signed back into the Loop app and now I don't see any of my photosUpdated a month ago
I logged back in, and all my photos are gone! đŤŁÂ
If you recently signed into the app and noticed a large number of your photos and albums are missing, donât worry! This might have happened if you accidentally created a new Loop account instead of signing into your existing one. Here are some common situations where this can occur:
- Setting up a new phone
- Signing into the Loop app on another device, such as a tablet
- Reinstalling the app
đ¸ How to Get Your Photos Back
To restore your photos and albums, simply sign back into your original Loop account. Follow these steps:
- Open the Loop app.
- Tap Menu on the bottom right.
- Tap Account, then select Sign out of Loop.
- Once signed out, sign back in with your original Loop account credentials.
đ¤ Canât Remember Your Original Sign-In Email?
If youâre unsure which email address you used, try this tip:
If you have a Loop frame connected to your account, you can find the account email by tapping the frame's screen, clicking the Settings menu on the frame and tapping About under the Configurations menu on the right. The email address you used to sign in will be displayed there. You can then use it to sign in or reset your password if you forgot.
