100-Day Worry-Free Guarantee

At Loop, we stand by our product with a 100-Day Worry-Free Guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your frame within 100 days of purchase for a full refund. 📦 How to Request a Prepaid Return Label

If you’ve decided to return your Loop frame, here’s how to get started:

1️⃣ Reach out to us via email at [email protected] with the subject Return My Loop. Please include (feel free to copy and paste the template below):

  • Order # or name/email address used to make the order: 
  • # of frames you are returning:
  • Reason for your return (this information is greatly appreciated as it helps us grow and improve for our customers!):

2️⃣ We will email you a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Please email us back to let us know you have dropped off the frame so we can process a prompt refund.

📦 Helpful Tips for Shipping Your Return

Using the Original Loop Box:

  • If you still have the original box, place the welcome card (or a piece of paper) under the Frame to protect it from scratches caused by accessories.
  • Position the Frame with the screen facing up.

Without the Original Loop Box:

  • Disconnect all accessories, including the stand, power cord, and power supply.
  • Wrap the Frame separately in bubble wrap or plastic wrap for protection.
  • Fill any empty spaces in the box with paper to keep everything secure during transit.

Shipping the Original Loop Product Box:

  • Please avoid taping or writing directly on the original Loop box.
  • Instead, place it inside another box for shipping.

💳 Refunds

Once you’ve dropped off your prepaid return box, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected]. This allows us to monitor the return process and ensure your refund is processed promptly. Once we receive your returned frame, here’s what you can expect:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the frame.

  • The reimbursement will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
