What Happens When I Place an Order? šŸ“¦

Once you place an order on loopfamily.com, our fulfillment center jumps into action! It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order, especially during busy times like the holidays.Ā 

As soon as your order is processed and ready to go, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. From there, our always freeĀ shipping kicks in, and your Loop frame will be to you in 4-7 days (but in many cases is there much sooner)!Ā 

ā€¼ļøIf you ordered your frame through our Amazon Loop Store, Amazon handles everything from shipping to tracking. You can check your order status directly in your Amazon account or reach out to Amazon Customer Care if needed.

šŸ’Œ If you haven’t received your tracking email yet or can’t find the info, no worries—just email us at [email protected]Ā with the subject Help Track My Loop, and we’ll help track it down for you.

What Happens If There’s a Delay? šŸ—“ļø

We totally get how frustrating delays can be, especially when you're excited to receive a Loop for yourself or to gift to someone else! Unfortunately, we can only see the same tracking information Ā as you, but the good news is that shipping carriers usually resolve delays within 2-3 days.
