Why can't I see all of my phone's photos in my Loop photo library?Updated a month ago

When you first set up your Loop app, it asks for permission to access your photos. This allows you to easily upload and share your favorite moments with your Loop frame. If you accidentally denied this permission (or set it to partial access) when setting up the app, here’s how you can enable it now:

📱 Why We Need Permission

Granting photo access ensures Loop can:

  • Let you select photos directly from your phone to share on your frame.
  • Access your albums to keep your memories organized.

On iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap Loop.
  3. Tap Photos.
  4. Select All Photos to give the app full access to your photo library.

On Android:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Tap Apps or Apps & notifications (depending on your phone model).
  3. Find and tap Loop from the list of installed apps.
  4. Tap Permissions.
  5. Select Photos and Media, then choose Allow or All Files (depending on your Android version).

Once these steps are complete, reopen the Loop app and you should able to select and upload photos without any issues.
