🛜 Does Loop need Wi-Fi to work?

While Loop needs Wi-Fi to load new photos, photos that have already been loaded will continue to play even if Wi-Fi is disconnected (with no pesky error screen!)

🖼️ Does the frame support both photos and videos?

Loop is proud to support both photos and videos up to five minutes long! And no, there’s no additional subscription fee to unlock this feature. Videos can be played with or without sound with the internal speaker.

📱 How does the text message feature work?

Since we are the only frame to offer text message uploads, this is a question we get asked often!

It works like this: Anyone wanting to use the text message upload feature, for security purposes, must first download the app and create a free Loop account. Then, they will input their phone number and select a destination album for their texted photos (this can be a single album or a shared album).

We will text them a verification code and they are good to go!

After testing the feature and ensuring everything is working, the user can delete the app (if they wish) and continue to text photos without the app!

At this time, text message uploads only work for single photos at a time. The free Loop app can be used for bulk photo uploads and videos!

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 How many albums and family members can I add?

With Loop, there are no limits — you can create as many albums as you like and invite as many family members as you want. Each album is fully customizable, so you decide exactly who gets to see and share in those memories.

Every connected user only sees the albums they’ve been invited to, so your photos stay in the right hands — and the right hearts.

🌐 Can I control the frame remotely?

Absolutely! Slideshow settings, display settings, and albums can be controlled from the app or directly on the frame itself.
